What I'm Wearing | Peep Toe Boots

It's been over a week since my last blog post. I was feeling really rubbish all last week, the worst cold/flu I've had in quite a while and I didn't feel up to taking blog photos. I spent most of the week reading and binge watching episodes of Parks and Rec. It was nice to have a bit of a break (did you know I've been posting twice a week for nine weeks in a row!) Sometimes I forget I'm not a full time blogger and punish myself for not making the effort, which is silly. Health comes first. But I'm back now and excited to get some new content out there and write up some posts!

I've been doing very well with my minimalist habits when it comes to shopping. I've hardly bought any new clothes, shoes or accessories, which means I've been rotating my wardrobe and trying to wear everything I already own. Today it's Primark to the rescue for a casual evening outfit featuring this black blouse with gold zips and chunky heeled peep-toe shoes. I've been wearing a lot of black so these beaded bracelets from Buckley London in Amethyst, Onyx and Rose Quartz are ideal for adding a touch of colour. I usually opt for silver or gold jewellery but these semi-precious beads look so lovely all stacked up together or I'll just wear one with a heavy watch on the wrist.

I'm really impressed with the quality and cute gold logo charms. Having never heard of Buckley London before I was pleasantly surprised with how many beautiful designs they stock online. If you're looking for a birthday gift for a best friend I'd recommend checking out their charm bracelets or stacker rings.

  1. I'm in love with your boots! xxx

  2. Those bracelets are so cute. Sometimes it's nice to switch it up with colours different to gold and silver when it comes to jewellery, right? :)

  3. Love those boots! Taking breaks can have more benefits than pushing yourself to blog :) glad to hear you're feeling better

    1. Thanks Charlotte, it's sometimes tricky to get back into the swing of things but I'll come back refreshed with new ideas too
