I've had so many lovely comments on my last blog post, 'Some Honesty About Fashion Blogging' that I've been feeling much more positive about my What I'm Wearing series. I was a tad worried people would be bored by seeing my outfits as I tend to stick to the same style everyday. But lots of you have said how refreshing it is to see realistic outfit options and it's far more relatable. So here's what I'm wearing today - shades of grey! A good leather jacket is a staple in my wardrobe and I love to pair them with contrasting fabrics such as this silky soft batwing tee from Zara.
These fringe loafers from ASOS are my bargain of the month! They are real leather, so soft and comfortable and were only £10.50 in the sale! They have now sold out but ASOS have tons of loafer/slipper/brogue style shoes and they are my go-to online shop for flats. These are a bit of an unusual colour, a sort of lilac-grey-beige but being a neutral they go with everything. I can see myself getting a lot of wear out of them.
This beautiful statement necklace was kindly sent from Happiness Boutique who I'd not heard of before they contacted me and now I'm obsessed! They have so many amazing designs, I've already got my eye on one or two other pieces. I've been very much into my dainty and delicate jewellery so it's great to go back to a big statement necklace once in a while. I'm wearing this today to dress up a casual outfit but this art-deco style necklace will be fun to wear on a night out with a black dress too.
