It's refreshing enough to satisfy a smoothie craving but holds all the wonderful flavours you associate with winter. 1 Frozen Banana
Small Mug of Strongly Brewed & Cooled Chai Tea
250ml of Milk (almond milk works well)
Pinch of Cinnamon
Pinch of Nutmeg
Chopped or Flaked Almonds
Chop up the frozen banana, throw everything into your blender bottle and press blend!
This recipe is for the 600ml bottle, halve the ingredients for your 300ml bottles.
