How To | Loose Waves in Two Minutes

When I'm rushing around, with only minutes to get ready before I need to leave the house, I turn to this very easy and super fast hair style. Loose, messy, waves that look effortless because they really are effortless! All you need is a curling wand and a few minutes...

#1 Start with clean, dry hair
#2 Split hair into three sections
#3 Wrap each section around the curling wand, twisting the hair slightly as you get to the ends
#4 Hold for 10 seconds on a medium-high heat

#5 Repeat with each section of hair
#6 After curling each section, scoop and pin up the hot curl
#7 Allow curls to cool for about 30 seconds before releasing
#8 Re-curl any obvious straight pieces & run your hands through the waves to break them up

The result is fuss free waves! The curls won't be perfectly formed ringlets, they will look tousled and carefree. I style my hair this way a lot. You could finish the style with a texturising spray for maximum effect. I have a lot of hair but it's quite fine, so this technique works well for me. If you have particularly thick hair you might want to split it into a few more sections for this to work for you.
