Name Necklace

Once in a while a message pops into my inbox that is bizarrely good timing. I've had a close eye on these name necklaces for some time and recently thought about a purchase but I've never been quite sure whether the idea is classy or tacky. When ONecklace got in touch I decided it must be fate. I picked out a gold plated one in 'Alegro' with a chain length of 18 inches. You can find my chosen style of necklace here. Since this arrived in the post I have not taken it off and I've decided the idea of wearing your name around your neck can definitely be classy when done in the right way. I like to wear mine with minimal jewellery and a simple outfit. This necklace also comes in handy at work as a fancy name badge so my clients can remember who they are talking to.

The quality of the necklace is fantastic, the chain is strong and the name pendent not too thin. For $48.95 (roughly £32) I would have been a very happy customer. The company is overseas but delivery time was under 2 weeks. I think these will also make pretty cool gifts and I'm keeping ONecklace in my bookmarks for the future. If having a piece of jewellery with your name on it is not your sort of thing you can opt for any word you like and ONecklace have a wide range of designs you could even just go for your initials.

Does anyone recognise my floral box 'prop', I'll be impressed if you know where it's from!

x

  7. I've always wanted a name necklace but as my name is 'Kylie' everyone would always think I was a Kylie Minogue fan girl! (Which I'm definitely not). Damn! This is gorgeous...

  16. Love this necklace :) I have one saying Aries, which is my star sign, and when I wear it everyone asks me if my name is Aries - especially when I go into shops and stuff :/ at first I explained but after a while I just said "Yep"...cba to explain it 10 times I day and I like the necklace too much to take it off!

Great post, I will definitely check out this company!

  18. I'm sure you get this a lot but you're stunning:)

Ugghhhh, I know literally EVERYONE hates these comments but I would appreciate some support.

I'm Zoe & I'm 12 but don't just jump to the conclusion I'm bad - just give my blog a go www.thatszoeblog.com (ignore the bad design I'm having it professionally redone).

My dream is to have a successful beauty & fashion blog, also don't think I get my followers like this, I occasionally leave these sorts of comments. JUST GIVE ME A GO (and maybe a comment and follow too haha).

I can guarantee that if you give me a chance which no one else does, then you'll be happily pleased.

  20. Well, no one deny the fact that girls love jewelry and when it comes to personalized jewelry like name necklaces then it is something very unique and very personal. For people with busy work schedules, it is not possible to go in the market and get such unique gifts. So, there is an easy solution provided by some good online jewelry stores like Monogramonline.com who engrave your choice of name or initials in your favorite jewelry piece without taking too much time and in appropriate budget as well.

  21. Oh my! That’s really adorable. And I guess at the price of $48.95 is all worth it. I really love it. Wearing it would be a great way to complete an everyday outfit.
