Ombre Kimono

Ombre Kimono - Miss Selfridge
White Tee - Primark
Lilac Wash Jeans - River Island
Pink Brogues - Primark
Heavy Metal Necklace - Topshop
Gold Band Ring - eBay
Watch - River Island

This sheer kimono top caught my eye months ago when it was around the £40 mark. Not wanting to spend a ridiculous amount of money on a thin shirt (no matter how pretty it is) I left it behind. Thankfully it went into the sale a few weeks later for less than half price! It really is beautiful. I've worn it so many times now for both casual and glamorous affairs. I could have sworn I'd blogged about it before and then came across this post - my 2012 Spring Wishlist where it features! I definitely have blogged about these skinny jeans before. They are the only pair I'm wearing at the moment as I think the washed out lilac colour is perfect for summer and they are super comfortable. The brogues are about 2 years old - I need Primark to bring this exact style (and material) of brogue out again in a multitude of colours. I'd have them all.

New items jewellery-wise include this chunky heavy choker style necklace from Topshop - apart from it's not heavy at all and I forget I have it on most of the time. I've spotted so many people wearing these, the original silver hardware one seems to have sold out but I found this khaki, gold, silver and black version though and I love it even more. It's perfect to toughen up a feminine outfit but I'm also looking forward to wearing this in the Autumn with a khaki jacket and boots. It was £16.50 which is a pretty hefty price tag but I've wanted one for so long. It's probably the most I've spent on one piece of highstreet costume jewellery.

This gold band ring reminds me of the Maison Martin Margiela rings but I bought mine on eBay for just £4.72 sent from Shanghai with free postage. I love it so much I'm thinking of getting a few more. They also sell them in silver or a dark gunmetal silver.
