Vanilla Chocolate Cupcakes

I had a day of relaxing around the house today so after a quick trip to the shops for a few ingredients I decided to bake chocolatey cupcakes! The frosting could have been a bit less runny but they still tasted delicious!
If you'd like to make them yourself, follow these easy steps...

1 tablespoon of milk
Paper cupcake cases and a muffin baking tin
Decoration/Topping/Chocolate Chips
